Our PRAISE® Rating Assessments include results for Security and Safety. Hotel Evaluations appraisers evaluate a hotels Security and Safety under parameters set out within our PRAISE® Rating System. Those parameters have been incorporated into our PRAISE® Rating System based on what our appraisers, as paying guests of a hotel, regard as important Security and Safety areas. Neither Hotel Evaluations or its appraisers are licensed security providers. We do not perform or provide any security work or function for hotels. Our PRAISE® Assessments only identify what security measures appear in place at a hotel that would be able to be detertmined by any hotel guest through observation.
